Dubclash Roots of Dub Funk 2 - 'Dubs Dark History' DUBCLASH: Simon Gains from Grimsby,UK The Music Since the release of the first "Roots Of Dub Funk" compilation the Dubclash studio has seen a few changes. Live instrumentation is now an increasingly key element with recent tracks using a live drummer (namely a talented young guy called Spen). The melodica (a wind instrument with a piano keyboard made famous in the reggae world by Augustus Pablo) is also being used frequently.This does not mean an end to those nice warm analogue squelchy blips though!
