THE MUSIC

From the first time I heard reggae music, fascination with it rose in my head. Specific vibe the sound brings coming together with conscious spiritual message - that is what I love in it. And that is what I want to give away for people who want to listen.

Beginnings were humble - a computer with a cheap microphone, a keyboard and a few samples. But the seed was planted and this I-nitiative started to grow. I kept on upgrading my kit and started invited people who were willing and able to do something with me. This is how Muflon Dub Sound System develop. We still record our tunes at home, what we use is some audio programs, many plugins... Beside synth sounds and effects we record vocals and use instruments, such as drums, percussion, guitar, melodica, harmonica, flute, pan flute, keyboard.

Inspiration comes from everywhere... It can be given by beauty of nature, people I meet, places I see, music I listen to (here my main influences are Dub Syndicate, Yabby You, The Congos, Christafari). Sometimes comes inspiration for writing lyrics, sometimes for composing music, sometimes for recording, singing, playing, dubbing or mixing. A song can be made for one day, or for over a year sometimes. It is great passion to make it, and a kind of a mission to spread righteous message to warm up the frozen world. for effects(like Interruptor's Tape Delay, PSP 84 etc)
for sound quality control (Buz Maxi limiter etc)
for generating sound (STS, ZR3, some soundfonts)
