ROOTS OF DUB FUNK 4 - Track 2 - "PRISE D' ASSAUT DUB"

THE MUSIC

This track has been recorded during the "Vampayah ina showcase style" album sessions. The idea was to release a show case album. So every recorded song had at least one dub version. Some of them had 3 different dub versions. At the end, the band had 3 hours recorded music. The sung version of "Prise d'assaut" had not been kept for the album : the band was not so happy with the lyrics.

The band have a special way to work on dub versions : they do the mix altogether live . So we could say this is a 14 hands mix ...

The track has been recorded & edited at UPDATE STUDIO in Salernes (France).
It has been masterised in LA SOURCE MASTERING (Paris) by Jean Pierre Chalbos.
