Ras Shaggai The vocal version of "Dub Together",

was written in 1987 by, (E Bobb, W Bunkley, and J McKinney, and was
lyrics were added by M, Bunkley in 2001). The track was Recorded At:
H C & F Studios in NY City in September 6, 2001, and Music Works
in Kingston, JA October, 2001. Musicians: Ras Shaggai, began his reggae career as the original lead singer for The Ark Band in 1987. He began his solo career in Puerto Rico in 1993. He has opened for Burning Spear, The Wailers, Third World, and Culture among others. He has played The Cool Runnings Summer Reggae Jam in San Juan, PR, The Hard Rock Café in San Juan, PR, The Bob Marley Festival Tour, in Houston, Ft. Worth and San Antonio, TX, and The Bob Marley Day Celebration, in Athens, OH. He has performed as guitarist and vocalist with Don Carlos of Black Uhuru. Sangie Davis, wrote and produced "Girlie Girlie" for Sophia George. He co-wrote "Wake Up and Live" with Bob Marley and also worked as a studio musician for Bob Marley. He currently handles the Music director duties for the 12 Tribes of Israel in Jamaica. He is also president of Orthodox Muzik(www.orthodoxmuzik.com), the recording entity of the Twelves Tribes of Israel. Rudy Valentino, is of Italian and Native American descent. He is in demand in Jamaica as a guitarist and is an engineer at Anchor Recording in Kingston. Terry and Eustace Bobb, are brothers and the backbone, founding members and bandleaders of The Ark Band (www.thearkband.com). Originally from the Island of St Lucia, (and known as the St. Lucia Riddim Twins. They are the rhythm section for one of the premier USA based Reggae bands. They have performed coast to coast, including an appearance at Reggae on the River, as well as in Jamaica. |
